In our strong team
of engineers, we provide service in mechanical design and tooling design.
From a rough sketch and idea, we provide a product design in 3D model and
CAD file. From the 3D model, the customer can make some change easily before
they decide the final cosmetic design. As we are well experienced with
tooling process, we think through the tooling requirement when we make
CAD design file. Our customers are pleased with our mechanical service,
as we are efficient, qualified and competitive. |
Tooling

We make tooling design for our own tooling production. We also provide service of tooling design for other tooling shops. We can handle the product drawing in Proengineer, Auto-cad, Unigraphic, or other software in IGES file. In some cases, the customer has only hand written drawing only. We will then make it into CAD file then provide the tooling drawing based on the CAD file. |
